clean ,and kitchen is good

no kitchener in my room.

our room had a kitchen (family suite)

room was big and had everything needed, but in the kitchen area, the fridge wasn't opening properly and froze everything inside

free parking, free wifi microwave in room

could not connect to wifi in room

very loud. could hear people running in hallways and on floor above. wifi was very poor

wifi issues

location of the room was right across the parking lot, therefore you cannot open the blinds due to light and privacy concerns

we needed to have an early check in and they made sure the room was ready for us

loved the hot tub and swimming pool

breakfast was simple, but very good

my kids loved the splash pads over at lions club

staff at the check in desk and the very nice lady who looked after the breakfast area

and a beautiful pool

loved the pool and being able to sit under the eaves in the rain

new lounge chairs at poolside would also be a great addition

the breakfast was delicious, room is clean and the location is very convenient

muffins, bacon & maple syrup tasty. beds super comfy. swim in indoor pool invigorating.

the facilities (gym, pools, etc) were not open but that wasn’t the purpose of our stay so we didn’t mind at all

very friendly staff, kids loved the indoor pool, breakfast was amazing

pool was very clean and nice and warm and so was the hot tub

decor of the room was very dated, and there wasn’t much to use in the kitchen

fi was great, we watched coronation street one evening on the cbc website), but other than that

there was also very fast and strong wifi in the room

the wifi also wouldn t let us connect to it

the pool wasn't open yet due to the covid-19

staff were so nice , the hotel is great with a pool and a really nice lounge

breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

pool was great and temperature lovely

we even washed our laundry on site for a low cost
