it was great to be able to use the laundry facilities

lovely offer of a free drink in the bar on arrival too

family run, bar on one side of lobby and restaurant on other side

played both nights at bar next door and it was extremely loud in the room till 11pm both nights

there was a bar on the first floor that i'm sure was a saloon in the day where we were able

the beds were exceptionally comfortable and there was a spa on the roof with amazing mountain views

spacious room. car park at the back. nice italian restaurant and a bar with pool table.

hot tub was crowded when we were there. server in the bar was a bit rude to us.

the hotel bar and restaurant terra has some amazing food and is one of the best places to eat in town

closed for covid but i was happy that they have a reservation system to use the hot tub/pool and gym (didn’t use the gym)

the shaw wifi was fast and worked well for streaming to our devices

wifi was not working once we arrived and did not work until the morning - minor problem

location, good wifi, warm, got extra mug, spoon and towel when requested, liked having a

room was clean and comfy, wifi worked well

no kids running around, making noise and it didn’t smell of smoke

stayed one night in a family suite, very comfortable and quiet, the place has a lots of kitchen stuff

it was nice and big but since the pool was in the same building the doors to the pool slammed and were loud and you could feel the

quiet location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, air conditioned room, coin laundry.

free laundry, had a pool, gym, swirlpool and 2 outdoor hot tubs , and everything was very clean

cell service in the room was bad and the wifi wasn't much better

wifi did not work the entire 48 hours that we stayed there

wifi signal was quite weak and couldn't pick up many links or articles on our phones

we had to work one day so the wifi was crucial and worked great

the hotel has the ev charger for my car

freshly renovated rooms in new wings were nicely appointed. handy level 2 ev charger.
