amazing place but the only downside is the wifi blocks a lot of common websites (gmail, booking (+) huge room and bathroom with cable and wifi (-)the wifi didn't work at all (-) wifi signal was very weak in room 3 (+)spacious room, good wifi, large shower with good hot water and pressure (-) no wifi in room

pool was being painted so not in use till last day

the staff was very nice and parking was a bonus

we had a beautiful, comfortable room, enjoyed the rooftop sitting area and appreciated the secure parking

yard is not landscaped, the pool is n’t open, the parking and driveway are not really functioning, the water was on and off

i liked having to pool to swim in the morning and loved having a hammock in my room

loved the hidden garden and pool behind the hotel walking distance to almost everything staff were so friendly and

we have very good breakfast and a lovely outdoor dining room right next to one of the ancient mayan sites

the pool area is cozy and well taken care of, the bar wasn't working probably due to the low season but i imagine in the high season having the pool

was great it had everything one needs for a few nights the grounds were clean and had a nice pool which was great for a quick refresh from the heat they had a nice area outback for us smokers

we loved the very tasty breakfast served on the veranda looking at the swimming pool as well as the water feature hidden in the garden

there for 2-3 days and used it as a base to visit izamal and the beautiful cenote's so we had the pool and the whole place to ourselves and the staff made us feel so welcome during the quite times
