very historic but modern cosy bar area friendly staff

we arrived and upon check in we were upgraded rooms at no extra cost, i enquired about a late check out and we were also given this for no extra cost

your breakfast staff were excellent along with your bar staff and if we come back to ilfracombe, we will definitely stay at the britannia again

from room was lovely , chris and jayne were very welcoming and friendly , breakfast was very tasty and served with a smile

the kids loved looking at all the things around the room and were very happy with their freshly baked

was spacious like our own apartment with a hall and two separate bedrooms which was ideal for the kids
