i knew when i booked the rooms there wasn't a balcony thinking it wouldn't be so bad because the pool area had chairs and was open for a decent period of time

breakfast was a excellent selection of all types of meat and cereal , bagels, eggs , juices and

breakfast was very convient, i had coffee and a muffin, but they had scrambled eggs, sausage, a

only change i would recommend is that they fix bacon slices with breakfast instead of bacon bits

even my kids said that was disgusting and they're not as picky as i am about these things, because i like a

gym, phone/ work booths, rooms and balcony, we got a complimentary drink per person, quiet location

it was not officially open but the doors were open and the bar tender asked us to come back in 20 min

towel service at the pool could have been better, as there were several used towels lying around

the coin operated washers and dryers, are an excellent idea, i didn’t have to take home any wet laundry, and i actually did more then half of my dirty clothes there and didn’t have to worry

like being put in room 301 right above the staff laundry room

the pool and breakfast

and, the indoor pool was great, when the kids were tired of being rolled by waves

there was trash up and down the hallway, trash piled up high by the stairs, there was dirty laundry sitting on the hallway floors all day long

shuttle to the beach, and the beautiful gardens and lobby areas with games, puzzles, chess, yummy bar food, and so on
