unfortunately there was a family with small kids next to us and we were underneath someone who walked very heavy footed

people tended to stand in the parking lot and talk and let the kids run around

not the inns fault, but we had kids above us that were jumping and running was a bit noisy at night

clean, updated rooms, awesome playground for kids next door, super friendly staff,

just work * bonus, there is a kid park behind i did actually do a jogging exercise while watching kids in the playground

lobby is attractive, the receptionists friendly, one can play games etc in the breakfast room in the evening, and the place is spotless—my second visit here
