my credit card and spending an hour on the phone with staff i expected at least a discount at the spa or restaurant, a bottle of champagne, discount on the room

was described as having kitchen facilities- but there was no plates/cups/glasses/flatware - so no way of making tea or

keeping missed us on second day and did not clean the kitchen area or replenished coffee or towels on the third

a fridge, a microwave and a small kitchen, very clean and functional

no charging ports . a little kitchenette, but not a single glass, silver ware, plate etc...

what upset me most, were the empty kitchen cabinets

so kids are charged extra even if staying on the same bedding
