staff, a couple of rooms looked to be in the middle of construction, no extra pillows, advertised pool but it was closed, phones didn't work, missing light bulbs in

after checkout i had to use the restroom and the staff said it was located by the pool

we had kids knocking on the interior door after 3 i mentioned it when we checked out and the gentelman

i liked it had pool for the kids. it was a good location to where we had to go.

a paying guest of the hotel, we had no where to sit while at the water park

staff was amazing at the front desk, the pool was warm, and the new rooms and halls are really nice

service in grill was excellent. water park was terrific. our 2 grandkids had a blast.
