close to crystal mountain ski resort, nice pool and hot tub to enjoy while watching it snow

kids love it

i didn’t like the baseboard heaters, kind of dangerous for kids and pets.

can’t here with my family and some younger kids and the location atmosphere staff and facilities are amazing and perfect

enjoyed the pool and hot tub

we loved that there were ev charging stations available.

the kitchen lacked sufficient pots

the breakfast. i know wasn't your fault due to pandemic, but was so disappointing.

comfortable, good beds, lots of space, access to water and dryer in unit, good kitchen

wifi was exceptionally easy to use -- no login required. quick and uncomplicated check-in.

would ve liked more protein options for breakfast like hard boiled egg or protein bar even

we stayed there with two teenage kids on the pullout sofa, and the room was tight (nowhere to put everyone's luggage--we were

fixed this if we had more time) but- the “home icon” kept flashing on the tv screen as the kids were watching

owners and their kids were very kind and helpfull

family run , kids worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable

this place has potential and i hope they follow through with the pool plans

some kids books would have been nice but honestly it was fantastic all around.

breakfast was 2 bagels, yogurts, oatmeal packets, and kids juice drinks

the little extras like snacks in the fridge and s'mores for the kids were extra special

stay in a cute little 2-bedroom apartment - perfect size for a family of two parents and two kids

house was huge -- beyond our expectations and our kids loved it, especially the s'mores station
