service, friendliness, cleanliness, and great breakfast.

breakfast on 1st morning was great, potatoes w/ peppers, turkey saugage, pancakes.

breakfast was good, ac worked well.

could use a bit more protein options for breakfast

the desk clerk didn't know anything, she didn't tell us what the breakfast hours were, wifi password, where our room was located

things they should acknowledge: first, the wifi in the room is so-so

we had satellite tv with a few premium channels, free wifi, adequate well lit parking

was not cool cause there was people just smoking weed out front which was not cool when u have kids and all the rooms smells like cows which is not cool to wake up

breakfast was good but a little crowded with guests at the same time, so we brought our choices and

we also used the laundry room in the morning and took out the dirty clothes from the washing machine, i had to wash

they upgraded us to the pool side and it was great

also we stayed in early october when temps were still in the 80s and they said pool was closeed

towels, no plug to plug into for computer and/or phone, dirty entrance/ parking lot, swimming pool was not available

really wish pool was cleaned already

some have pool view( which isn't great) but better than some lol

used the last towels at the pool and told the front desk, but hours later we noticed that no towels had been added to the pool

the hot weather outdoors was exhausting, but they have a covered patio entrance w/pool and spa

no access to the pool /hot tub

the pool had a sign that said no swimming after dark but the spa was open. disappointed.

swimming pool table had a dangerous broken metal leg that needed to be replaced before someone cuts

one thing - they were trimming the palm trees the day i checked in, so the pool was not usable - was full of debris, but that's just bad timing

i really enjoyed the size of the pool. the hot tub was so relaxing.

the train is a big issue sometimes for me. the laundry machines were out of order.
