we loved soaking in the heated pool after a long day on the slopes

the kitchen and living room were spacious and had everything we needed

excellent space in the apartment and well equipped kitchen

had games, kitchen and fireplace

the jacuzzi and spa had hot water problems which they were working on

the pool was pretty gross filled with bugs and debris

the shuttle service to/from jas aspen festival was most appreciated too

i appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport

the lobby and bar and restaurant are all in one big open space

my kids left with giving staff hugs as they knew them by their names and greeted them every time we

fact that they advertise a free first in first serve shuttle car service to go to aspen town is misleading

ten minutes to town or two minute walk to free town shuttle

there was no dining area/kitchen table, in addition to all small cooking dishes

parking was easy and secure, and the amenities (whirlpool, sauna, pools) all fantastic

although i appreciate maintaining beautiful grounds and amenities, the repair of concrete in the pool and outdoor game areas both interfered with the peacefulness of the area and our ability to

anything the apartment is too well equipped with little room for storing food etc in the kitchen area

was charged $15 for parking at the wyndham after our stay was over, when we were told it would be free

tile on the kitchen counter had come off and was not replaced, the bathroom ceiling was patched and yellow from

staff didn t properly inform us on how to get in parking garage.
