the homeless people doing drugs in the laundry room and leaving there drug foil and trash all over the hotel grounds

was a drugged out zombie that was in the laundry which made me cautious to let my children outside alone

wifi goes in and out. shower was luke-warm my whole stay. (3 nights) (-)wifi was non existent in unit 19 hot water took full five minutes to reach us (+) i also loved having the use of a microwave, fridge, and wifi (+) best amenity: surprisingly fast wifi (-)hot water at all and poor wifi (-)wifi was often down , making communication or access to the internet impossible. (-)hair dryer, no coffee maker, no slippers, no wifi, no drinking water (-)wifi is extremely terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible (-)no light bulb in bathroom, no wifi, horrible mattress, no blanket on bed, very dirty

also the room service is always available, even daily before 1pm
