wifi was terrible

the wifi was terrible.

wifi didn't work everywhere in the room, and sometimes not even in the middle of the room

the gym looks pretty new but you do have to go outside to get to it

we were told that wouldn’t be a problem, but after 9pm, we could still hear loud voices & kids

administrator charged a pet fee for each pet that it was not disclosed up front during the booking time (informed after

had my two dogs with me and i paid a pet fee but didn’t realize they didn’t allow dogs on furniture

room was very clean and staff was friendly and able to accommodate our early check in/late check out

pet fee could be a little lower.

for us that it had 2 fireplaces with fire to burn that kept the unit really nice and cozy, the kids absolutely enjoyed

the restaurant on site is pretty good, the coin operated laundry room is convenient, and access to the creek is very easy
