stayed in room 359 on level 3 my name is oliver i liked that the wifi worked well and that i was given a twin room even though i paid for a double which was nice

loved the jacuzzi spa facilities amazing for kids

we also ordered and paid for some drinks but the young lady

apartment needed updating and sash window in kitchen had large gap and wind was blowing the blind

place lots bars and restaurants within the hotel four pools spa kids areas so much to mention amazing entertainment throughout day and night would definitely stay

ate in alberts bar a few times great food

had a very comfortable stay the room was nice wifi was good the staff were nice and breakfast was very good

even after a horrendous thunderstorm on my second night which meant there wasn't any wifi or sky the staff were exceedingly helpful

sized room, clean, fab views, fast free wifi, hearty breakfast included

the tv worked well and the wifi strong
