much as you pay for a room a night you think the staff would be helpful and cheerful, instead my kids were felt to be to loud and to wild in the pool along with in the lobby

the pool and spa are simply beautiful resort quality and there is a well equipped gym as well

only thing we didn't like was that there were a lot of young kids in the pool area one time when we were using it and they were pretty rowdy

chairs very nice, spa style changing rooms, great pool, jacuzzi, eucalyptus steam room , small gym area with a dry sauna

from people outside at night walking past the room and noise from people/kids above woke us up

but my kids stayed at the smaller rooms close to the front desk and it smelled bad, like it was too humid

we will be back again this summer, next time with our kids so we’ll need a bigger room

not a deal breaker, but with two hungry kids it wasn’t ideal to have to wait again while one of us went back down

rooftop pool and bar are highlights for sure. the staff is very responsive and hospitable.
