wifi is not working well from 1 to 10, i ll give them 0; also the hotel needs a elevator for

really agree with a $44 resort fee without any resort ammenities at the hotel - no pool, spa, golf, tennis or anything that can be construed as resort facilities

location great. would have been nice to provide complimentary breakfast and golf carts

the kitchen was very limited (there was an incomplete set plates and pans but no wine opener, grater,

there was a large kitchen area with more than adequate serving and cooking utensils

the pics thought the suite had 2 rooms not a pull out bed from the kitchen slash living room for the price paid for one

my girlfriend and i stayed in both a full suite with kitchen overlooking the harbor and a regular double room

there is a two person side by side spa tub that is very comfortable to relax and soak in after diving in the bay

the loft suite was beautiful, it even had a full kitchen

the bed was comfortable, the space was clean, and the bathroom had a large spa tub with great water pressure and hot water

roof top view is beautiful with an outdoor kitchen and bbq area the staff is so friendly

after reading reviews, i decided to upgrade to a room with our own kitchen so we could cook our own food and have a view and bathtub

place was very sparse as far as kitchen

most friendly hosts, very flexible, upgraded my room for my b day and let a super early check in

you come early, they can let you leave the luggages at the hotel so you can go to other places while waiting

defiantly not a good choice if you are traveling with kids

i would stay agaun but not with the kids, this hotel is better suited for singles or couples which i have a feeling is why the staff

window was next to stairwell where kids were running up and down the stairs making it difficult to sleep because of the noisy open

they were able to give us early check in and allowed to leave our luggage’s there

and then there were some kids who were at the pool just cursing and using the n-word and they weren t even staying there

the property is nestled in the hills overlooking avalon. stellar views! and there s a pool!

breakfast (also in a room with a great view) and transportation to and from avalon harbor via golf cart were included (+) location was amazing, especially with the free golf cart shuttle service that picks guests up from the ferry and takes you from the hotel to town (+) staff was waiting at the ferry and drove us to the hotel in a golf cart (*) the hotel offers pickup/dropoff golf cart during the day (+)the view and golf cart for transportation also complementary breakfast. (+) i love the golf cart service they pick you up from shuttle and take you into town (-) but i do see that you get a lot of other things included like breakfast and the golf cart (+) they pick you up in a golf cart and they will drop you downtown and pick you up when you are ready to return back to the (-) the golf cart service was fantastic (-) also the golf cart drivers take you in and out of the hotel are excellent (+) appreciated the golf cart transportation to and from the central part of avalon as property is high on a hill

if we had been here longer, we would have checked out the heated pool

bar and restaurant was closed also we discovered that the rooms were not the same some are much

brought my niece & nephew, pool was fantastic

the pool was heated and the kids loved it

shower had broken pieces the shower soap bar holder was very rusted
