easy access to highway and pool

we actually could have used a tub for our kids, but we were so glad to get a last minute hotel room that it didn’t matter

beautiful inside and out, with ample parking and great restaurants and facilities.

parking was crowded late in the night but there were places left, just not by the doors

i didn't know there was breakfast.

me i needed to come to the office, she kept trying to charge me a $15 per day fee for my support pet that had papers, she pointed to a hand written note that had pet fee on it, she couldn’t tell

the fitness room was not open, the signage outside said it had been recently renovated

tried to charge me full price until i called them on it, then charged a $15 pet fee that wasn't mentioned when i booked the room

price,excellent rooms, and a wonderful selection of breakfast items

the next morning because the bed was so comfy and the front desk had no problem with giving us a late check out

there’s also a laundry room as well, we like to fluff and get the wrinkles out of our clothes after being packed l

the bed was fantastic. super comfortable and the spa tub was amazing.

having a heated indoor pool and small gym, laundry facilities, etc

it was a bit loud with kids shouting occasionally in the parking lot

maybe longer hours breakfast goes from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. maybe 6 to 10 would be better

the second story room has a full kitchen and private balcony with chairs/fire pit

the tropical theme, colors of the rooms and doors. heated saltwater pool in middle of courtyard.

the restaurant was excellent. close to hocking hills state park. spa was very nice.

are nice and helpful; we were contacted a couple of times before our trip to make sure dinner, spa ect are well coordinated

nothing everything was great service was great pool was warm, room was nice

breakfast area was closed because of the pandemic but having the pool open was amazing my kids injoied

way it sounds that i would have to only share a kitchen but it’s a home where you get a room just like a house

there were muffins and snacks in the room, and a keurig coffee maker upstairs in the shared kitchen

especially loved the kitchen to make coffee and reheat leftover

sharing a kitchen and it was a little expensive for such a small room.

great restaurants, breakfast was decent, everything was very clean, the beds were comfy, the pool was clean and stocked of towels, they had a great coffee bar all day
