wifi was terrible

the wifi was terrible.

wifi didn't work everywhere in the room, and sometimes not even in the middle of the room

large room, very clean, wifi was ok.

morning desk (young male) was a bit rude, no laundry supplies, no $$ change available

lied about wi-fi not working , gym closed on and on

a laundry but washer didn't work right leaving clothes wet and it took 3 hours to dry (4 times)

the pool was very nice

clean, quiet, comfortable, pool, hot tub, hot breakfast with everything kept well stocked.

they don’t serve lobster for breakfast

property was nice and clean. pool and spa nice extra. room clean.

spa was closed

the hotel was right off the freeway, check-in was easy, and breakfast was great

chose this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub and it did not disappoint

waffles were delicious, my kids really liked that there was a cactus design on them

gave us a new room once finding out kids above us jumping around room

wish there was dine in breakfast. it was grab and go breakfast which was the only drawback.

nice rooms, great staff & the layout of the casino is awesome

pool at the lodge didn't have lounge chairs and what was there wasn't comfy
