fab breakfast

outside and lovely new suite for four of us with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lounge/ kitchen

had family room with actual kitchen i wasn’t expecting, plenty of room & the dog loved it too

the kitchen was really good and the apartment was beautiful and close to everywhere

twin room booked because it was advertised with a spa bath was not allocated

bar is great with good tasting nuts and olives

presented well,, lovely bar downstairs fantastic position on the seafront

the breakfast was very tasty and a good choice.food was of good quality.

we also noticed the lovely wine bar on-site, which looked very inviting

clean room, over a bar ( which was closed ) so very little noise

the bar was closed when we were there so didn’t see any staff but check in and out was very quick and

bar below one of the reasons for staying (birthday) closed the entire time

luckily the bar and nightclub were shut, i dont think i would have managed to sleep at all if not

at 11 pm the bar downstairs opened and it felt like there was a party going on right outside our bedroom window

nothing wrong with the facilities but outside noise levels from drunk kids was

we are a family with two small kids, so the room size is nice for them to have enough space to play

end of college term, so there was some noise from the college kids out partying.

really a problem it was just a little annoying when i had to walk all the way down to find the wifi password but that was my own fault for not getting it before going up

wifi was poor in the room and room a bit dated.

i had access to the wifi and electricity and it was in aberystwyth which is all i really needed

of hot and cold food, staff were all very nice and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, bar was well stocked and reasonably priced, great location and the private car park on site

i booked family rooms got twin rooms my kids had to sleep on floor

kids menu was not good either we had wraps and it was loads lettuce stuff in a wrap with some chewy

milk etc rooms were very hot so drinks were all warm and couldn't keep no food and when you have kids this is necessary also no draws for storage just 4 hangers on a rail not great for a family

including towels, extra pillows, hangers, iron and ironing board, range of teas and coffees, tv, wifi, hand wash, shampoo & body wash

wifi was hit and miss. bathroom although clean was showing signs of wear and tear

wifi is a little weak sometimes - would be great if there could be a signal boost.
