the gym in the basement was first rate

the gym is a lovely touch but it’s all very rundown

the gym area is dated but well equipped

they have early check in, but you should ask in advance

and kitchen staff were very friendly and accommodating

clean, friendly staff, lots of space and kitchen well staffed.

the pool is really nice and large unlike other hotels around, same thing for the jacuzzi which fits 10+

the pool and hot tub have handicap accessibility

we ended moving the beds so we could put table between beds with chairs as we ate breakfast and some of our other meals there

it is a nice little old school motel with a seasonal pool and a game room, a bit worn but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable

was quiet at night close to downtown laconia and gunstock has a pool and gym

fact they use disposable cuttlery, cups and plates for breakfast

beds were very comfortable, the temperature control was excellent and the included breakfast was really good

this was our first outing from kids in like 7yrs and we were still sleeping and got awoken by
