know it was kind of out of the staff control, many kids and they were running the hall on my floor and the floor above until after 11pm

pretty gross especially with two kids and a two yr old that touches everything

i had a few issues and not all due to the hotel, earlier in the morning we had a few kids screaming, we had a very loose toilet seat

staff at the bar were not very friendly and very inattentive.

the person in charge was very inviting to take some to go and jump in the shuttle right away

which floor i would like to be on upon check in, and even helped me arrange a time to use the fitness facility - during covid, guests are able to book the fitness center for individual time
