the height and size of our grandchildren they put us in a two-level room extremely close to the pool with a room that was big enough for everyone

when we got to our room, there was a pile of dirty laundry outside the door and the toilet had not been flushed

slipped twice in the shower because there was no tub mat, and the sugar/creamer in the coffee bar inside the room was pasty as though it had sat in water inside the packs

the hotel and rooms are scrupulously clean and there is a nice pool and jacuzzi
