had snowed the day before our snow and there was ice left behind in the disabled parking spaces by building b/c

out of their control, the parking lots are small and can be difficult to park/get in and out of if

laundry available on site at no charge

the staff and amenities like the shuttle service are great

older gentleman who hosted us for breakfast and happy hour, to your wonderful and accommodating shuttle drivers

husband and i enjoyed our stay at the hacienda, hotel and spa

the casita was quiet, charming, comfortable, and well-equipped with lots of dishes and kitchen items

friendly, fully furnished kitchen, plenty of space, washer and dryer, quiet and with walking distance to many sites

the kitchen had everything, including coffee, sugar, and other supplies

it was great to have a full kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal

the villa kitchen was well stocked with coffee, sugar and other incidentals and there is laundry equipment

we weren't able to make it to the earliest breakfast option, so the owner/receptionist specially made

most everything, especially staff. kitchen with all dishes and cooking equiptment was wonderful.
