2m, staff are great, car parking space is enough for everyone, rooms are renovated in modern style and they are in medium

kids play room was not open due to fixing it up but park across the way done the same thing

loud music, gangs of kids outside, no kettle or drink making condiments

management are brilliant, together with bar staff.

there was kids running and jumping and screaming in room above or next door with pare ts yelling at them all

they use the pub mainly for events so lots of kids screaming, doors banging and banging going on in the room next door

this is ideal as your away from the busy roads and the noise but best of all the parking is private and on site

been here 3 times, nothing to dislike, well situated for my purpose, ample car parking.

i wanted a cheap hotel a short distance from where i was playing golf the next day and the hotel provided that

early check in on christmas day fulfilled so i was able to return for the night later and get

the lady serving behind the bar was very pleased and kept making sure that i was alright during my stay, just make sure that

although i knew it was a naturist friendly spa i didn’t expect the bar to be naturist too.

breakfast was also spot on and freshly made infront of me which is far from normal these days

all times during your stay facilities available are cafe bar with drinks , food and tea coffee , spa with sauna & plunge pool , steam room , garden with hot tub , designated smoking areas , sun

food offer is limited so i’m not sure it cuts it as a ‘hotel’ but as a b&b with a lovely spa it’s outstanding

number 70 has lots of windows looking over grass at the back and out onto to the grass and parking area to the front

the secure parking and the home from home feel made the stay much more enjoyable

we had arrived on a bank holiday and that evening the bar and other parts were not open, which was a shame, but was not a problem

- communal kitchen, amazing decor and spacious rooms with a very comfy bed

even have use of a communal kitchen if needed

used the communal kitchen (which was very clean) to make some dinner rather than have a take away

they don't offer food but there is a communal kitchen but each room has a microwave and fridge and there are various stores locally

i stayed with 2 kids they couldn't sleep till 12music was so loud

having to walk across the bar to get the elevator to the room.

have to pre order breakfast on either booking or when you arrive , it dosnt state that in booking

the bed is small and the hotel policy of charging extra for late check out of guest that checked inn at 12:00 midnight is absurd
