location and staff! rooms were comfortable and super clean! pool and hot tub were a bonus!

we did not get the accomodation with the full kitchen we expected

floors, bedding, bathroom, walls, kitchen items (plates, silverware, mugs, glasses all had to be rewashed by hand before use)

convenience, comfort - great staff. coffee etc in reception - good laundry

the kids and i loved the pool

the location was clean, and the hotel provides free shuttle rids to and from the slopes

the gym was beautiful

the pool and hot tub were perfect for me - i was usually the only one in

i liked that my stay came with a free daily continental breakfast, nothing fancy, but there aren't restaurants or cafes within walking distance

in particular a staff member who went above and beyond in helping us with our laundry
