drug infested and run down i wouldn’t let a stray dog stay there people live there going drugs kids running around looking for ice and bandages i was too

the wi-fi signal is very weak to the point i had to purchase a home wi-fi box just so my wife and kids could use the tv and personal electronics

for extra towels and wash cloths and never received them after being told that they were in the laundry and whould be brought to me

had to literally go down to laundry to get wash cloths and when i did i encountered a short, brown hair, older white women

kids killed 2 roaches elevator got stuck with me and my daughter on it water does not get hot at

weren’t any rolling carts, the elevators were run down and didn’t work sometimes, and the gym had terrible

is a nice park next door for the kids, the view of the river is spectacular, there is an airport shuttle to take to the airport then from there can catch a train to center city unless you want to

informed that all the places to eat are off limits to kids because they would have to cross the casino floor, which is not allowed, in order to get to them

shares a parking lot with baseball stadium and there is no traffic connected to casino with a fantastic restaurant and

the casino was great, constantly seeing staff members going around pushing in chairs and cleaning

the room was a good size and the coffee bar was perfect

i also enjoyed their complimentary breakfast

we only stayed one night, so not sure about other parts of the facility - pool or gym or even the food

it's very clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff is kind and the breakfast is tasty

workers were nice and i didn’t realize they had a pool but i’d definitely use it if i was to stay next time
