no turn down service available, you had to change your own bedding if a mess happened, upstairs kids stomped all night and when i called front desk to help it didn't stop, breakfast wasn't great

i've never stayed at a hotel where the fitness room had everything broken and i had to pay for a guest to swim in the pool

he kept the pool and hot tub open late for us and it was a very pleasant stay

went upstairs (by the check in counter) to get some breakfast but only noticed coffee

a/c didn’t work right in our room. pool needed some work.
