swimming pool is great.

the pool area was clean and the kids loved it

the pool , hotub, gym, and the whole 2 days there was totaly awwsome, definatly going back soon.

walking distance from cafes and stores and antique shops, near lake, with huge free on-site parking, and centrally located between worcester and amherst for college visits, with a huge

great to have parking right in front of the room, given that it poured the day we got there

it ran in the opposite direction of the parking spots

location - i can walk to the hospital and medical campus even though they no longer provide free shuttles (but still advertise it on their website)

there was no pool, so i probably wouldn't come with kids, but it was perfect for a couples getaway

the hotel updated their website but did not update that they no longer offer free shuttles

they did have their own restaurant but my kids wanted burgers and so we ordered grub hub

no complimentary shuttle within 5 miles either
