night person, a guy with she/her on i’d tag wouldn’t allow me to wash my laundry and the day manager said after construction workers left we could use the facility

garbage in laundry room overflowing, and not emptied for the three days we were there

we had a little gym room near us which was also nice

was a little worn out all around. gym was sad.

the parking lot lights shone too brightly into my room at night

were no lights on the left side of the building so it was very dark and unsafe when parking at night - especially when traveling

i initially called to ask about extended parking the woman told me that it was free

nicely renovated. friendly staff. ample parking.

pool and hot tub sold us

have the hot tub closed for covid-19 reasons but no masks are required, nor is the pool or gym closed so it seems like an excuse

a great continental breakfast with fresh fruit, a selection of cereals, milk, orange juice, doughnuts, yogurts etc

and more like snacks for kids

the breakfast could be better quality

20 min walk from the university of vermont. i recommend the breakfast buffet.

the bed was very comfortable. the shuttle service is excellent.
