i picked the hotel for the pool and didn't notice the small print to say that the pool would not open till 1 july

breakfast staff were a bit pushed with coach loads of kids at a sports event

the gym wasnt open before 10am

gym also only opens at 10am limited timings should be mentioned in booking, to avoid unexpected
