surroundings and parking

the night i got there, the parking lot had a bunch of people, just hanging out

didn't like that they pool was under maintenance and is why i went there in the first place two years ago they said the

couldn't use the the pool...they didn't serve breakfast like the ad said

the next day the pool was not open in to 12 noon

the location, the laundry on property. that i was able to open the window for fresh air

breakfast was depleted when i arrived downstairs at 8:30am ! only sausage and juice was left!

the 7th floor was extremely hot and smelled of weed which was not a good look for my kids.

i liked that we could do a late check out. i also liked that it was pretty big room.

i paid extra for a room with a view but this also means being above the kitchen exhausts which also need serious repairs

the pool has too much chlorine, the kids eyes burn badly and headaches after swimming, pool area is too hot/steamy

i didn't like that there weren't more vegan or nonpork options for breakfast.

also never informed us about no laundry room

the breakfast was plentiful (mostly carbs, but that was with all the 10 states we visited)

the only thing i did not like was the potatoes ate breakfast.

sooo.. ok, this place is old. they are doing renovations on the hotel. the gym is very small.

definitely disliked is that the area where we stayed was supposed to be smoke free because we had kids, but ppl from the rooms across our rooms kept somoking marihuana

on the second floor which overlooked the front entrance and front desk, near the elevator and laundry room

a tiny muffin and a kids juice pouch for grown adults

the whole staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable, and the little kitchen is just a bonus

i booked for a non smoking room for 2 adults and 2 kids

fast check in. and had early check in.

we just happened to see the pool and fitness room on our way to the room

obviously covid had the bar closed but we could get drinks next door at millers.

the hotel is at a great location walking distance to food plus bar and entertainment is located in the lobby of the

very clean , bar is great , right next to starbucks n great resturants

very small, lots of young children unsupervised in pool area/fitness center

a kitchen is present, but it lacks the necessary cooking utensils.

a shuttle runs to the casino frequently, which is nice if you’re into gambling or you want to dine

we went to the rivers casino and they had a free shuttle which was perfect

the shuttle guys went on break and we were stuck at the casino waiting

instead of having to drive to the casino and taking the shuttle

the heat for the pool and hot tub were not working and the guest weren’t notified.

the room was nice including a full kitchen.

they gladly accommodated a late check out request

the pool was constantly full of people and kids and was a suspicious yellow green color

balcony and the room was perfect, the staff were all wonderful and the pool was perfect temperature
