very much the concept of the country villa: the property is big, has plenty of green spaces, pool, kitchen if you needed, and spatious, conformtable rooms

common kitchen is useful with the kids to bring snacks and drinks

i also loved the quiet and peace and amazing pool

no water in the pool but it is understandable that it is off season

grass with goalpost and a trampoline to keep kids busy

while i can't provide a full review because we don't have breakfast, i can say that the room and bathroom were clean

the breakfast was less than basic and we had to ask the kitchen staff for missing bread and cereal etc

one huge plus was the private parking — such a big help in sintra, where parking can be a real challenge
