nice outdoor hot tub ( pool was closed for winter )

staff accepted my request for an early check in, which made my day so much easier

and i should have gotten a golf course view because city view was just the parking lot

bus designed to make parking not an issue at campbell river is to late for the tour start times

i needed a freezer. i never asked. i needed to do laundry but it needed repair.

laundry was broken (although they gave a additional discount in lieu), no breakfast, a bit far from
