to beach, beach loungers, umbrellas, quiet complex, 2 pool areas, outdoor bar and restaurant, excellent staff and very clean/comfortable condo

lack of wi fi, limited menus, bar and restaurant closed early.

the staff at the pelican bar were ok and one or two stood out but one was less than happy with his job

breakfast was wonderful. concierge service was been good helped with all our needs and wants.

however it was q quiet resort more for couples than families with young kids

more variety at the breakfast bar would be nice. slippers in the rooms would be nice.

the ocean view suite was stunning and had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed

it has a tiny kitchen area and is equipped with a fridge and a coffee machine

are very comfortable and equipped with washer/dryer, microwave oven, small fridge, basically mini kitchen

towels and bucket with cold water and come by to check on us or if we needed anything from the bar with their friendly attitudes

the breakfast is relatively small but provides everything we needed

the staff is amazing every morning we were greeted by shirine &/or larry for breakfast always a smile and great service

they have a spa but no fitness center

the spa and workout equipment were non functioning

other resorts making it easy to navigate, the amenities were top notch with beautiful beaches, pool and spa areas

no pool side bar, bar was in the restaurant.

unit we stayed in was modern, large and spacious and walked right out to the pool

shuttle service from sister resorts did not run often enough especially in the evening during

the location!!! the spa the massages were perfect great job girls!!!

were so fun for the kids - they loved participating in bingo, trivia, carribbean night family games

it also was nice to go between the two resorts using their shuttle service

there was no food for late night snacking and the gym needs some upgrading

kids everywhere

the alexandria was closed and under construction, so they offered us a shuttle to a private beach

janet, natalee and sly made sure that our cups were always full whether we were at the swim up bar, or the bar at fire and ice

boards, kayaks, and could use facilities at sister properties alexandra and beach house (18+) breakfast buffet was a full american type

breakfast could be more elaborated but overall was a great stay

breakfast continental had a very limited menu

the continental breakfast was also excellent and plentiful

next to a great snorkeling reef; unreal views, friendly staff, water activities included, full bar and restaurant

we had a great spa experience as well

i do have to say that with all rooms overlooking the beach and pool if there is a extemely excited 6

the kids said the pool was water was not clear

gym was a joke, breakfast is weak sauce but uou dont go to this location for them so no biggie but

there are two restaurants on site with a buffet breakfast, fresh a la carte dishes for lunch and dinner, and a fun bbq on fridays

a little soft had a room near pool and was woke up early every day with the maintanence people making

gym was too hot

the restaurant and bar could stay open at least until midnight each night.

there were a few great food options right next to the hotel and my 6 year old son enjoyed the pool while my 2 year old son enjoyed watching the boats

swimming pool is not good at all however with so many pristine beaches around it's not the worst thing in

the beach was a short walk away (or golf cart ride)

maybe that the pool faces a wall (and not the water), but like that really wasn't an issue, at all

also loved that it was like a little apartment, with a washer/dryer, full kitchen and wifi

the room was bigger than expected with laundry machine, towels, and everything you need for your stay

the grounds are kept clean but the amenities could absolutely use an upgrade, particularly the gym

i even arrived and then the hotel holds the same amount for incidentals, but there is no mini bar no restaurant

the hotel had only arranged jet skiing and instead of the ship wreck, we went to noah’s ark (a bar in the middle of the sea) which we had already been too a couple of days beforehand

my stay so it was chilly when we would return in the evening to our villa so we didn't use the pool much

was a bar called chalkies not far from the villas

my only wish would have been to have bar service while on the private beach away from the restaurant
