i was granted a late check out the man in the morning harassed me to get out of the room as soon as 10:45 hit i

the kitchenette was not a small counter but a large full space with plenty of cabinets for me to cook

kitchen staff smoked by the door right under our window while we had our child stay with us

noisy laundry carts being rolled into the elevator right outside my for until i complained at 11pm

the kids loved the pool

i like the fact they had a laundry room that you could use.

arrived very early,i'd say about 4-430 am and had informed the desk of this at the time of booking

room is clean gym: despite small but adequate enough pool is great

pool was a little disappointing (very basic in a concrete room) but was clean and open until 11

hot tub and pool was an additional perk

family it makes loading and unloading a huge task that is a lot considering i am alone with my kids this time

pool and hot tub are convenient.

bathroom door needs to lock. the gym had ac off during heat wave.

the restaurant home made food, that's was excellent, you can wash your clothes if need it, the laundry room was very cleaned

i was pleased they were able to accomidate an early check in, but wasnt informed there would be a $50 dollar charge to do so, unless the extra 50

kitchenette room was very nice and had lots of space to get around in

kitchenette needed more supplies and the dishes in the cupboard were not clean to start so washed

nice fresh linens, good towels, comfortable room chairs, coffeemaker, fridge, microwave, with a kitchen style sink

i like the little nook which contains fridge/freezer ,kitchen sink and a small table and chair

nice fresh bathroom and a great little kitchen

the laundry worked well

was good (central), kitchen unit, nice renovated and comfortable, room, and pleasant front desk staff lady

having a community kitchen is a plus

literally garbage from a ripped big bag on their back steps to a laundry room

better than the students and kids who were there too

was quite noisy as lots of kids ,and traffic noise

the property isnt all in one easy flow, to go restaurant you need to go out side and same with casino

the only down side was the kids in the room above us was running around stomping their feet

parking hard to find spots close to hotel because of casino

the swimming pool and gym are popular places for inside fun

everything was awesome. had a great clean, comfortable stay. kids got to go swimming.

pool was so kid friendly for all my kids ages and i have a span from 12 to 1 years old

breakfast was fantastic. many options. location is perfect. staff was exceptional

the bathroom door was on rollers and it was loud but as soon as kids were sleeping it got

from the moment you drive into the parking lot you know this is a 1st class facility
