we arrived around two o clock and had to sit in reception like two scolded kids

she even washed, dried, and folded our laundry for less than it would have cost use to do it ourselves

were ok, could do with a little tlc in areas, we paid for early check in to get ready for a wedding and this was forgotten about, we were given another room
