pool not being opened

kitchen wasn’t supplied with soap, dishwasher detergent or sponge/ towel

we love: the design of the rooms the cleanliness the breakfast the staff the location

the breakfast was terrific, and yes the eggs were extra fluffy

there were crumbs on the kitchen floor by the dishwasher in the corner, ( dirt in the corners of the

smaller pool and gym than expected

i finally complained, but then again on night 3 other customers were setting off fireworks in the parking lot

it was on 4:00 pm when i got there and the parking lot was almost empty

parking lot had a lot of drainage dips in the roadway

was difficult to get into the hotel, you had to drive through another parking lot to get there

entry to the parking lot.

everything! the bed was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, the pool was nice and clean!

first night i was there all my laundry was stolen from dryer, 3rd night my room was broken into and some of my things were stolen

when we finally got to our room around 7:00 pm, the room was a mess - dirty laundry, garbage in the room, bed not made (no sheets, blanket), vacuum cleaner in the room

the worst part was, we were next to the laundry and the dryers were going all night

hot tub, pool looked lovely but as i was hanging on to the outside edge of the pool, i noted it need a good

sign in the pool said no diving and tons of kids were diving a lot . very irritating.

loved the pool and the breakfast, front desk was very accommodating.

fitness center is also the laundry room and was humid as heck and the elliptical machine was broken
