pool and food in hard rock

it seems like they focus on keeping up with the casino and hard rock cafe customers, more than the guests staying at the hotel

was great, the staff, the breakfast was great, the pool was cold even tho it receives sun all day

only thing that i would appreciated was availability for breakfast included for the price i paid

casino, hard rock cafe, ?rale rooftop restaurant, and nook. also conveniently located.

a few palm trees and garden will help , a place for kids to play will be a must

didn't eat breakfast.

i did not like about this hotel which it was ok but they have a casino and we have to share the parking lot with the casino people

the parking was always full because of the casino

all disabled parking spaces taken by people in the casino.

hopefully when the pandemic is over the beach and pool area will be very lively

swimming pool is great for kids.

there is no parking space for customers we have to park far and move the car to the front of the hotel when

no laundry at all. fireworks at 1:30 am is too much.

the live music is in the casino, instead of in a place where the whole family can sit and listen to it

the bar didn't open saturday they didn't fixed the safe

that you need to use plastic cups at the pool.

a small thing: the pool has no lights at night (although this may be done on purpose because of the insects)

good parking, great air conditioning, the mattress and the pillows were great

the smell in the parking lot was just horrible
