the pool was a tad chilly and hot tub was under repair the one day we went

my kids loved the pool and are looking forward to staying there when the outdoor pool is done

gym is old - needs updated new(er) equipment.

dirty property, lots of things like the pillow cases being inside out, a shopping cart of dirty laundry, half-eaten food, pain cans, old furniture plus more discarded items in front of my door

there is a fun mini-golf place next door and we were able to play unlimited round for free

it was also only a short walk to a boardwalk along the beach, and quite possibly the best kids park we’ve ever been to

the room was very lean and well stocked. kitchenette was very useful.

had a room with a small kitchen which was wonderful to make some meals

the suite besideus had extremely loud kids

it’s pet friendly and also great for kids as you get free mini golf with your stay-it’s right across the street from the paradise mini

my kids are wishing for pancakes, eggs and sausages and hot chocolate

complementary valet service was a nice touch as parking was a bit tight

wish the parking hadn't been valet and i wish the elevator was faster

it's the little things like when the parking lot was full one night they valeted our car and then brought it up front when needed again

parking in basement very easy and location right on the boardwalk / beach made this an excellent

the room was very clean, with comfortable beds and a kitchenette that had ample dishes and cookware

wife and i along with our 2 children stayed in the kitchen suit

kids lunch menu( value of $10) was free when purchasing an adult entree

also lots of things for kids to do (playground, kids club etc)

good facilites, kids play park, tennis courts, bbq and woodland walks

great place for the kids though with the park there too and the ocean so close

it was a bonus to have the suite with a little kitchen etc

the convenience of parking right in front of your room is so nice for check in and check out too

nice quiet location by the picturesque village golf course and easy walk to the waterfront

crown mansion has a great location that is in between a park and golf course

electrical rats nest with small power bar plugged in by the bed and dangling (coffee pot, lamp & little fridge)

it was quiet and overlooked the golf course

such a shame they developed the hotel with a parking lot blocking the view.

room on the 2nd floor is a bit of a trek as there is only one set of stairs far from the bigger parking lot and no elevator

is a shame that the parking is at the front as it slightly spoils the sea view

parking is a bit cramped and there is no elevator for the second floor access.

it was easy to get around with the car park and elevator, and the laundry facilities were useful

it was very handy that there was a laundry room

way to refill the iron when in the laundry room

has full kitchen and laundry facilities which is nice if staying for more than a few nights
