pool not open

smell people smoking marijuana next door in room i have two kids so pissed me off

this was not ideal when the reason for two rooms was because of the amount of kids we had with us

couldn’t let my kids go outside

no pool, no breakfast

restaurant and bar downstairs

i had arranged a bit of a early check in but didn't see the envelop for me when i went inside tor reception

the charlotte was exceptional from the staff to their restaurant and bar area

bar downstairs was busy during that time

clean, bar on-site, short drive to attractions

breakfast was advertised, but they had no staff to prepare it the morning we left so we got nothing

free breakfast not impressive -- fixtures and decor a bit tired but clean

muffin and coffee breakfast

breakfast was less than i expected

breakfast was a basket of little debbie snacks, packaged oatmeal, and burnt coffee

pool was closed

did not like the breakfast they only had cereal waffle mix to make waffles apples and yogurt juice and coffee i did

pool was covered in the middle of summer

to covid a normal breakfast couldn’t be served but was replaced with a breakfast goody bag with a few options

pool need to be open for adults in the evening time and picnic tables/area and bring the

the highway, felt safe and secure leaving our car loaded up with paddle boards in the well lit parking lot

good location, room was clean, breakfast was great, good parking.

dealers in the parking lot, crazy addicts everywhere, the owner yelled at my husband hey you, what's your room

up all night kids running around the parking lot with cats people checking in at 1:30 making noise children up at five running

i like the well-lit parking lot and the lights at the doors

the cleanliness was great easy parking like-minded clientele
