clean, large room with kitchenette.

met our needs as to outside entrance, hot water with great pressure, mini kitchen with a sink

due to sub-zero temperature, and our late arrival, parking spaces were full

parking was average, we usually could park near our room

smelled of smoke, toilet seat was broken, hot tub was broken, tv didn't work, never had a parking lot so small on site we had to park at the gas station and walk, outside doors don't lock

the parking is good and the lighting is also good

the staff were great! breakfast was good, and we had fun in the pool both nights.
