free laundry definitely breakfast and over all look of the room the conditions are one of the best i've

apart, paint can only go so far, coffee was more like water with coffee flavor, hot tub and laundry were out of order, worst of all was the bed'killed my back

smelled of smoke, toilet seat was broken, hot tub was broken, tv didn't work, never had a parking lot so small on site we had to park at the gas station and walk, outside doors don't lock
