excellent area and close to friends staying in down river rv park

everything! location, comfort, having two rooms-living room & kitchen, friendly staff.

i highly recommend taking all decor down in the common living room/kitchen area

kitchen has nothing

it was conveniently located and the breakfast was nice and the kids liked it.

i needed laundry detergent and the gal at that desk had small bags for $1

my favorite thing was the pool

lighting poor and lamp in kitchen area didn’t work

the cozy ambiance you would expect, no noise insulation, lake view i paid for is ruined by the parking lot

don t book rooms on the 2nd floor that look out to the parking area, besides not being renovated the view is unpleasant and offers no privacy unless you

view and specified not on the 1st floor and you see the lake but with a pretty large view of the parking lot, 2nd and 3rd floor might be slightly better, but 2nd floor rooms have not been updated

loved having a kitchen and fireplace

it was nice to have a full kitchen available in our suite

my room was actually a small apartment, full living room with gas fireplace, dining area and a kitchen that came fully equipped

friendly staff and very accommodating to our early check in

in the kitchen and there were plates in the cupboard that were greasy and a little dirty

conveniantly located and pet friendly. pet fee was inexpensive.

the pool was nice to have since it was hot

pets allowed and only charged an extra 10 bucks for pet fee

complimentary breakfast out of all hotels we stayed in over the years (>100)

there was no gym and they allow pets. make sure housekeeping vacuums and cleans thoroughly.

we stayed there because it was advertised that they had guest laundry but there was no washer so we washed a few items in the bathroom sink and the dryer never
