our room, on the second floor was on the same side of the building as the outdoor bar

their service is bar none

i know it is not part of the hotel but the girl who was bar manager was just so rude and ignorant towards my sister we were all appalled

would have been nice if hotel bar and restaurant was open

came here with kids and used the kids club, perfect

from the pool staff to the general manager, we were treated like vips -- and this was the way they treated

i’m sure my kids will be back someday with friends or maybe not

went to the nantucket hotel & spa in early march when most restaurants, local sites etc were closed and there were only a few

room configuration doesn’t work for families with older kids

although they offer rides to/from the ferry, there wasn't a shuttle to or from the airport

was too noisy with lots of kids… for such a pricey hotel they should have had an adult only pool… booking

good shuttle service, except one time the front desk told me to catch the shuttle to the sister hotel at
