pool not open

smell people smoking marijuana next door in room i have two kids so pissed me off

this was not ideal when the reason for two rooms was because of the amount of kids we had with us

couldn’t let my kids go outside

no pool, no breakfast

restaurant and bar downstairs

i had arranged a bit of a early check in but didn't see the envelop for me when i went inside tor reception

the charlotte was exceptional from the staff to their restaurant and bar area

bar downstairs was busy during that time

clean, bar on-site, short drive to attractions

breakfast was good and the staff was great, thank you

breakfast room was a little crowded, most of the food was pretty standard fast food type

breakfast was grab and go, incredibly customizable!

gorgeous sunset views! nice hot breakfast, not prepackaged

the room was sparkling clean, the grounds and roses were all tended and beautiful and the pool was clean and inviting with a lovely waterfront view

we enjoyed the breakfast, pool and fire pit

bathroom and kitchen needed a little more tlc prior to check in.

the room was more spacious than i would have anticipated, so it was very nice for me and my three kids without feeling cramped

we just missed the great breakfast!

hands down the only hotel i’ll stay at when visiting chincoteague, the bar elevated the experience

ok given the current covid environment, expected more for breakfast , small gym

outdoor hot tub would have been nice since the pool was not open in early spring

people tend to be a bit load in the evening by the pool.

room was very clean and had more than we thought it would have in the mini kitchen area

the location and the kitchenette in the room.

room, halls, lobby, breakfast area,parking lot and pool and gym areas, in other words, the entire facility is the cleanest and most cared for i have stayed at

the cleanest hotel property i have ever been in - this includes the breakfast place, the lobby, pool area and room

we loved that breakfast went until 11am and there was no shortage of food up until the end

availability of ev chargers and the fact that the property does not charge for their use were determining factors

the breakfast was solid and the gym was adequate as well

the parking is big and there is a nice pool (though now it couldn't be used because of the pandemic)

proximity to event we attended. patio. free parking.

rooms were clean and pleasant smelling. plenty of parking.

harbor view,fridge and microwave,access to harbor, parking,friendly staff

poor phone reception even when connected to there wifi connection was weak

breakfast, pool, minutes from city dock and local restaurants. owners were wonderful.
