i know it was christmas time, so fixing the out of order bathroom near pool and uphill stairs might take extra time

the room, as the hotel was fully booked (the first lie, as it turned out), but we could use the spa facilities to shower before leaving

property was beautiful in a very beautiful location the food at the pool bar and 1461 was the best by far

again loved the mini kitchen which was a main reason and location plus the spa to book the resort

the gym was a leftover space that was dark and smelt damp, they seemed to have only one of each piece

rooms /vila are on a steep incline and ther is a free shuttle that will take you to your room whenever you want, water sports are great and free snorkel

the kids-club worked wanders for my 6-yo and he made lots of friends

kids were allowed in all pools and even in the jacuzzi

breakfast buffet was excellent and a great deal for $15

when busy there is a snack and drinks bar open but only when the hotel is busy

it was nice to have the restaurant for breakfast

the infinity pool was a great way to finish the day as the sun set over the caribbean sea

got the cashew suite and loved hammock on the balcony, the view and of course the infinity pool

my room was, in fact, a spacious studio apartment with a stove, full fridge and a kitchen sink with a full complement of cutlery

finally, understand that if you book the sanctuary rooms you will have no pool and there is no pool on site

the restaurant supervisor was very kind and tried to make sure my picky eater kids have enough food to eat

the room (house) that i was in was very spacious and had its own private pool

also, the pool is outstanding

the gym was one of the best hotel gyms we’ve used, very well equipped and maintained

everything from the lighting, to the beachfront access to the heated pool was beautiful

the hotel does not manage families with screaming kids
