room 112 is directly above the garden bar and outside smoking area.

the bar was noisy and a bit dated

was worried with it being above a pub it would be noisy for the kids but it was very quiet

and bar area were very clean

the breakfast was inedible had to send it back but the staff were very good about it

room was perfect size, great bathroom. location was spot on for golf in the area.

the restaurant and bar was great but the waitress in the morning was grouchy

and exiting the parking lot by car was a bit of a challenge, trying to navigate the awkward intersection
