when we arrived and we couldn't get heat from the aircon unit so we popped down to the adjoining bar area (reception was unstaffed) and the man there helped us (we just needed to wait 5-10 minutes

staff, and great vibe in the hotel and bar / restaurante areas

easy to get to, lots of parking, restaurant on site, 5 mins to center of consuegra.

free parking straight outside hotel. no noise issues. had a couple of drinks next door.

the bar near the pool was rather uninviting as all the tables and chairs were stacked up

great pool and staff were so friendly

spa and wellness centre and restaurant was closed for my booking

i booked because there was a pool. but it doesn't open until midday! very unhappy!

broken aircondition in the gym

we found a good replacement around the corner restaurant bohemia- a typical spanish sports bar with good food at a reasonable price

however the bar next door does great coffee and pan con tomate for

restaurant and bar closed for refurbishment

wifi poor no bar over bed light out of the 1950s

no bar or restaurant had to go next door for breakfast
