elevator issues, key card entry to pool area not working

excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, and sweet housekeeping staff

they had fantastic breakfast options

breakfast was not available due to covid-19.

cheap looking furnishings and a sticky kitchen floor. poor lighting in bathroom.

clean, friendly staff and hot tub/pool/grill area.

was a little upset that the website doesn't say anything about the pet fee.

actually booked this particular hotel because of the indoor pool & jacuzzi, but both were out of order

another guest sort of ruined my experience by doing things that were prohibited and mess up the spa other than that i had the perfect

there was a pile of really gross, visibly dirty socks under the bed which my kids found
