the bar isn't like a hotel bar whatsoever - the decor is so well done and the large open fire is

is very much a one off, but there was some work being done on or near the thermal spa and a pump or mechanical noise kept us awake throughout our first night

service in the bar was very slow, but the restaurant was full, so i understand why.

grace in the bar deserves a mention too, she is so friendly and welcoming and a credit to the

gym closed due to covid, i’ve stayed in a lot of places there’s no need to close a private gym
